"Very well located just behind the glitzy mega bucks hotels on and near Ocean Drive. Boutique hotel in Art Deco style which is central to all you have to do. Great support from front desk staff where their star player has to be Jennifer who advised us on where to go and eat, with grace and charm and hope she reads this with our thanks and her boss rewards her well .She deserves it"

Perfect Location
"The location couldn't be more perfect, in the center of everything in South Beach, with every convenience across the street (24-hour CVS or Walgreen), shops, etc. The beach is 5 minutes away, and they have a deal with the “DecoPlage” beach (10 dollars for a beach chair.)"

Home away from Home
We booked a fabulous king junior suite and it was SWEET. Check-in was smooth and our room was cool with an excellent A/C system to combat the June heat. The staff had a classical radio station playing on the clock radio.... I LOVE WHEN THEY DO THAT! The room was huge with a nice closet (with floor length mirror) and safe for your belongings inside the closet. The bathroom had tons of room for two people and a huge mirror! There was a nice couch and chair living room area to relax in. This hotel is historic and we loved the easy access down the stairs to the pool area. The staff kept the sunshine-yellow striped pool towels out until late night so we could have moonlight swims. We visited the beach once and it was an easy walk to beach beauty! We have stayed here 3-4 times and each time it gets better and better!
Room Tip: go for the corner junior suite with a pool view!

Great experience at the Albion
"Great staff, best location
I stayed at the Albion during the first week of June for seven days and I loved it. Not only because of its location, near the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. but also because the staff is the best. I was traveling alone and they made me feel at home, specially Maximo, who not only offered me a great room but also gave me the best recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. I’d also like to thank the lady with glasses - I think her name is Rosa - who helped me with everything I needed, always with the best smile."

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had
"I have stayed in hotels and resorts all over the country, ranging from 3 to 5 stars. In fact, the night before I stayed here I stayed in Hawk's Cay Resort in Duck Key, FL. I have never been more welcomed and assisted. Henry welcomed us to the hotel with true friendliness and proceeded to give us suggestions for places to eat in the area (which were fantastic), directions to all the amenities in the hotel, and tips on using the Wi-Fi and mini bar. He apologized for our wait, which was less than five minutes."

Very good!
"We have been there until yesterday and we've been there three times. Everything about this hotel is very good and we will visit it as soon as possible again. We are a family with two kids (25 and 18 years).

Especially George Ahndie is very friendly, always helpful and his service is really the best!!"
